The timestamps appear to be working again. We have reset our connection and are working back through the data to make sure we didn't miss any updates. The connection should be caught up and back to live in the next 10-15 minutes.

Our data provider has fixed their issue and it appears that updates are getting pushed through. However, this issue remains in a "degraded" state for now because their flight updates appear to all have the same timestamp from prior to the incident. Our system uses that timestamp to determine if an update is old and so it may not be generating notifications. We have reached out to FlightAware and are waiting on a response.

We have been notified that our upline data provider is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

The connection to our data source for live flight info appears to be falling behind by more than 10 minutes. We are investigating.
