The Servers were unavailable for about 10 minutes this morning. The app was unable to refresh during this period. Systems recovered automatically, and the app is back up and running. We are investigating the cause of the outage.

Overnight, schedule refreshes stopped working for about 40 minutes. The incident was acknowledged quickly, and it auto-resolved after users were able to refresh again.

Cause: Schedules were unavailable for download, resulting in error messages as users tried to sync their schedules. The issue auto-recovered as schedules became available for download again.

The health monitor for the Core API started timing out with "no headers received" (requests hit the 10s duration and returned code 0). The timeouts showed up from multiple regions but the monitor recovered within seconds, the incident was acknowledged, and it auto-resolved after the brief recovery period.
