Overnight, schedule refreshes stopped working for about 40 minutes. The incident was acknowledged quickly, and it auto-resolved after users were able to refresh again.

Cause: Schedules were unavailable for download, resulting in error messages as users tried to sync their schedules. The issue auto-recovered as schedules became available for download again.
